Returns & Replacements

Merchandise purchased from Sweet Flavor Florida may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, within 5 days of receipt of the goods. You must contact Sweet Flavor Florida to inform them that you would like to return an item. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy. Returned merchandise must be in non – used and unopened , original condition. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are being paid by the client. We cannot accept returns or cancelations of large orders of the same product. (We define large orders as 4 or more of the same product). If you are ordering a large quantity of an item, we encourage you to order a sample first to make sure it’s what you need. We do not accept returns of clearance merchandise.
